Regarding CRGS Illegal Naked Shorts: Sorry Oakie, there is no such term as "circumstantial facts". There is a term of circumstantial evidence, not to be confused by the word "facts". To be a "fact" there must be Direct Evidence which there isn't and you have not been able to establish. I understand that you would like us all on this CRGS board to think there are illegal naked shorts. There is not one iota of even circumstantial evidence or circumstantial facts to support your position and attempted mastery of wordplay regarding this company. Please preface those illegal naked short postings as your opinion only. I don't want to go back to the JG days of misrepresentations and have shareholders actually believe his BS as being true. We shareholders of TOVC/CRGS deserve better.
