Once CVM gets its money from the secondary and the buyers have dumped them on the market and gotten their money back and made their profit we will get the bad news...I don't know what the bad news is but it'll be bad. I suspect that they will basically not get anything worthwhile from the arb if they don't lose outright or the arb will be appealed....plus the FDa may throw out a bunch of the patient trials but not end it totally.
