They were—see footnote 1: https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1480212/000120919116143182/xslF345X03/doc4.xml ; however, (as was the case with ARIA's Harvey Berger), investors are entitled to ask why Bishop did not cancel the 10b5-1 plan.
