Excellent post. Congress is referring to the "merry-go-round" that Michelle Lee Director of the USPTO is running. The big question is what admission she's been charging for Hedge Funds to jump on? She's been abusing the "Directors Option" tool ie: Mangrove v. VirnetX. We'll probably have her answer when President Elect Trump pulls the plug in February 2017. Check which BOD she lands on for the answers.
