I don't usually like a Buyout as it tends to take away from the achievement to How well a Company will do in the Long Run.

All the acquiring Company is doing is taking away the competition.

Some People look upon this as a Positive so they can raise the price of Marijuana thru the Roof, but then the Cartels come in and sell it cheaper.

Buyouts are B/S.
