I'm sorry to hear about your continued medical condition but am heartened that you're using a cane instead of the walker. Get those things done that you know that need to be done and have high priorities.

As to my own health, I continue to challenge its state by getting nicks and dents here and there but I manage to stay on a reasonably good path. I'm an old man that happens to ride a road bike. When I get off my two-wheel steed I look to the heavens and say, "Thank you God for what you give me. I am a blessed man."
