We have heard the opinion that "they haven't done it yet, so they never will."
We have heard the opinion that "they are making progress and are almost there."
We can also probably agree that nobody KNOWS the true intentions of another person, and that we can only apply our own thoughts, feelings, and intuition about others' motives and intentions based on the other's behavior.
We have heard the opinion that "they are all criminals who are lying and defrauding investors for their own benefit." Plus numerous other personal attacks.
We have heard the opinion that "they are decent people making an honest effort to help cure horrible viral diseases, and are upholding their duty to shareholders."
It comes down to the fact that they haven't accomplished much in terms of getting the manufacturing process "solved" well enough to get into clinical trials. There could be numerous reasons for this, and people are free to think want they want about it.
It sounds like you'd like to discuss your opinion that "we cannot show that NNVC has the ability OR THE WILL to get it done."
If by ability you mean talent/background, I think that having Dr. Diwan, a highly talented chemical engineer and inventor of the whole platform overseeing a small team of similar chemical engineers, then I would disagree. Other drug companies have completed scale-up of manufacturing of their nanomedicines, and I believe NNVC (via Theracour) has the ability - the right people, the right equipment and facilities (almost there) to get the job done.
How can one guess about "THE WILL" of a company? How could people be working at something but not really trying to do the work, they are just faking it? How can one ignore the incentives to accomplish their work (recognition, altruism, financial) and say they don't have the will to complete it? What evidence is there to suggest they are faking it, and what would be their motive (other than pure greed)? Everyone involved with NNVC/Theracour would be much better off if they accomplished their work, and I have seen no credible evidence to suggest they are not trying, or are faking it.
