As stated a few week's back, its judgement time for NTEK. The judge in the Long Side case against NTEK has now ordered NTEK to complete - under oath - Form 1.977(b).
This Civil Procedure form requires NTEK to report their taxable income for the past three years, their checking and savings accounts, copies of their state and federal income tax returns for the past three years, and perhaps most importantly, all documents and financial statements as to NTEK's assets and liabilities.
All of this must be completely within 45 days and sworn as correct under penalty of perjury. It's about to get real sticky for Foley & Co. NTEK now has two choices: either pay all that is owed to Long Side in the next 45 days to satisfy the judgement, or otherwise have the fraudulent financials they've been reporting exposed as such.
