I just find it disheartening to see AAL's PPS STILL below LUV, DAL & UAL when Buffett invested so much more in AAL than he did with the other 3. It was over $700M in AAL vs $200M for UAL and DAL.
Also AAL has bought back tons of shares and now only UAL has a lower share count. AAL share count is 515M while DAL still has 730M shares and LUV has 615M shares and yet they are $2-$3 higher.
This is the biggest airline in the world and yet is 4th in PPS. 4th out of the 4 big airlines!
They consistently have lower gains on green days and highr losses on red days than the other airlines.
They are almost 4th in market cap out of the big 4.
C'mon man! This is ridiculous! What the hell do they need to do to get respect?
