I don't see KMI above the mid-$20 range at a maximum for the near future. The debt to "adjusted" EBITDA number of 5.4 is actually slightly higher than before and is not a healthy number. Also the "adjusted" EBITDA they are using is non GAAP and makes it seem they are tweaking their books.
I was hoping to see that number fall, and even a slight rise is bothersome.

Seems the market in general doesn't like it either. Down 3% at the open.
