Fair enough and interesting insight. I just don't tend to make calls on something that we couldn't really have any view into.

Time will tell what path they take and whether he courts proceed or not (assuming wddd looks to move forward at DC)

We should have a better view on that in a week or so from the company then it may or may not be in Caspar's hands and if so, we wait and see.
