maybe its not siding with the shareholders but rather ruling with integrity and coming down on our side

siding with seems to suggest some element of favoritism when I like to think of our case as fully standing on its merits

what Sweeny has done so far is say - I (the judge) can not rule on the motion to dismiss without the discovery requested by the plaintiff

In street talk I would not say that is siding with us - but rather being a fair judge

all IMO - nit picky nit picking
