1. The party in interest at District Court is not Bungie it's ATVi
2. Therefore there should be no reason to "stay" any longer. Any route to the CAFC for atvi will have to go through district court
3. I'm not saying this is the case but it makes a lot of sense to me, especially given the agreement to "accept the ptab ruling" between atvi and wddd. That agreement means zero if the case is stayed
A bit of a legal ball of spaghetti I am guessing here but I am sure the company will explain their process in due course and the courts will respond sooner than your time frame if they take the route suggested by PP
