Is this the 'Landbond Home' that purchased the shell..?? If so why would they have 2 guys with mining company backgrounds in charge? Even if they were just put in place to facilitate the merger of Landbond Furniture in this, based on their bio's they still don't seem to have that much US public market experience....if any.
