Prolly because some MYEC shareholders are finally waking up to the fact that EDWARD ROBERT STARRS, the MYEC CEO and Head Drunkard, is a CONvicted recidivist criminal, pathological and inveterate LIAR, proven TAX CHEAT and BANKRUPT, punching bag for drug dealers, illegal gun-toting alcoholic driver, who has repeatedly and incessantly LIED TO SHAREHOLDERS OVER AND OVER AND OVER ...

... and those MYEC shareholders are tired of having EDWARD ROBERT STARRS swindle them of their munny, hide real estate paid for with corporate money for property for Ed's personal use and latent personal ownership of, with endless false, fictional, and fraudulent claims made to shareholders that never come true ...

... and the MYEX shareholders, at least those who have woken up to these facts, are tired of LOSING THEIR MUNNY to Special Ed.

That is why some MYEC shareholders are less than pleased, and should be irate and beating down EDWARD ROBERT STARRS' door for his resignation and disgorgement of ill-gotten (stolen) assets and personal gain from MYEC.
