Could someone explain again to others what is involved in a NDA ? I thought it meant in plain English No talking / speaking / writing ect ect ect about ANY ( again that's ANY ) business that your companies are involved in . Without the approval of the other parties ....

Some news has come out from someone who spoke to the Houston office of KMI and were advised that the AOT was and will not be hooked up to their pipeline . Would this be a breach in any NDA 's that are in place . Or would someone just be making things up again ...
