Today was low short %'s but all last week was in 30's and 20's.
90% of the short volume are the MMs you see on this table graph.
That is why when you see your buy show up as a ticker sell means the MM is shorting the transaction. That is why some breakouts are so explosive....

Notice how the ChiOsc & MFI rises means the MMs are today covering short positions from from last week. Yeah, that makes OBV and AccumDist tank while We make MFI green and PPS red with our bid support. At least I made $25 from swinging 80,000 today from the MMs pocket. Geez, it's good thing I don't have to do this for a living.
