Well yes I guess its a shame that instead of Cavanaugh and TMM spending a dime and picking up the phone and calling Panik to see if he agreed that Simpson (the guy they were suing for forging Fernandez's signature on some docs and for reselling the VDK 2 to several other companies after selling it to TMM) had rights to the VDK2 they instead stuck their heads in the sand (being kind here) and started a 2 million dollar in lawyer fees (SO FAR) lawsuit. But nobody said these new TMM guys were any brighter than the old ones did they?
