What half-wit wrote the MOU - that is illegal - you can't make some common shares non-dilutive and other not - all shares in the same class are treated equally. It doesn't matter what the MOU states it is illegal.

The MOU was written like the promissory/convertible notes - not very well.

as far as NGCG everyone is asking why Tom Kim would do a reverse? it is simple because his 55 million shares are non reversible, please see attached Board resolution dated this year clearly identifying such.
