Yes, but...
"NONE of what is going on with [Bourque Industries] is making much sense. . ."
As "not making much sense" today and most very likely many tomorrows
but,
eventually someday "out of the blue" it will change sub cents into many cents
as in,
a few sub cents transformed in many cents per BORK's pps.
I'm sure derf's_logic, if so, will twist & turn his rejection (non-delivery to equate to non-payment) of the Milkman's so-called bottle of snake-oil to cure an empty wallet into a "better safe than sorry."
