I have been following this stock for several months. My guess for this is that this company has been one of the many trying to avoid bankruptcy and looks like it might be one of the few that will survive. It was beaten down because of massive losses and then recently missing some payments which would be the prelude to bankruptcy. However, it has managed to fix this payment issue somewhat, gotten some breathing room, and with the oil price recovery now, may be able, as mentioned, to reanimate itself from near death. If it can do so, it can be a 10 dollar plus stock again. Notably, they have a large natural gas exposure, which is probably another plus.
