All the debbie downers show up trying to scare this lower to get more shares.
Telling everyone the 10-K is very close as well as permits just to lie does what for the CEO? IMO he wouldn't tell people that if it wasn't coming. He would just put it off and make excuses. He has been spot on with both 8-K's and everything else with me. If people want to sell this down now feel free. I'll be adding.
