Audition locations were released today. I sent the info to Ken Pishna to post on the news page. Exact dates and times will be decided near the end of the month because we are still adding sites.

I wanted to offer existing MMA schools/centers/academies the opportunity to host the casting calls instead of holding them at theaters or other stages so they would get the publicity instead.

It also makes it more convenient for fighters to audition where they train in a more friendly environment. Folks should keep in mind this is a movie and just because someone is a decent fighter it doesn't mean they can act.

The actors we sign who are not involved with MMA right now will train with those who are active, if their role requires it. They have to do more than simply go thru the motions because an accurate and realistic portrayal of this sport, the athletes competing in it and the fans supporting it is our main focus.

Ideally, I'd like to send them to the dojos we hold auditions at because these are the people doing their part to support the sport and they should get the benefit of the extra publicity. Once we map out the plan geographically I'll be able to establish the exact dates and times for where we'll be so folks can make plans accordingly.

The expressed interest thus far has been more intense than expected, but that's a great problem to have.
