Sorry, but the Kalisky note was for $50,000 (the one Pamela paid $15,000 for the Note).

when the suit was filed there were 4 notes. 60k, 8k, 12,493k and a debt purchase from Kalisky for 60K note and then a subsequent affidavit of damages for 163k approx.

Don't forget in the original Convertible Notes listed there was one for $100,000 also - with a copy of a check written by Pamela Ruppert and the $50,000 Kalisky Note.

Odd that all of the other Notes were listed as "Face Value" - but now a Kalisky note is listed as the "Payback" value - sorry but Ruppert still has this screwed up.

If I hadn't found the errors - Ruppert would never have filed any amendments or Motions to Withdraw.

There wasn't a copy of the check from Pamela to Kalisky for $30,000 - for the $25,000 Note in the court documents.

These filings were thrown together - just as they were when Ross was settling the lawsuits within a week - just throw something together and Ross settled it.
