Question? Why would a Southridge "sister" company pony up the cash to essentially payoff other Andalay creditors and thus shore up or clean up some, most, or all of it's debt?
Is it because Southridge has invested several million into Andalay and wants to keep Andalay from going under?
Or, is there some other grand scheme here that I'm missing?
