That's going to be an issue for this stock. Because they can't seem to control themselves in terms of issuing shares like water to be dumped into the market, even with a rally, they'll probably issue hundreds of millions of more shares to be dumped in the market.

It's going to be hard to move this past .0005 if they keep dumping shares into the market.

It seems like the only business they do very well, share dumping.
