What's the point of ch. 11 reorganization now?

With the Zapata reverse merger dead there's no point in selling off the ETD business to repay PP and create a debt free shell co . What exactly are they reorganizing now other than protecting their CIC payouts?
Don't they need to submit an entirely new reorganization plan to the Deleware bankruptcy court to JUSTIFY dip financing and the continuing operation of the company after emerging from bankruptcy without ETD or Flyboard businesses?
