Another week with no news. Tweets confirmed the first of November for the "first of many" updates, with more news promised after Election Day. The 10Q came with no comment. The O/S has more than doubled in the meantime with nearly a billion shares heading to market based on the hype of promised news. Three weeks ago Berge was travelling and returning to approve the PR, last week Berge had to be "comfortable" releasing news.
Gentlemen, it is long past time to finally release news that was promised via tweet, by you, nearly 6 weeks ago. Many new shareholders have been trapped by these promises and it is time to PR or at least tweet, something.
Berge: Mike, you've been pushing for news and I guess you passed my email to other shareholders and I'm getting other emails asking for news, I've told you that we've had a situation that we were working on and I thought we will have it wrapped up and put out news to shareholders things didn't go as planned and I didn't want to put out a PR that is incorrect, you need to wait till I feel comfortable for a proper PR also all the converts are waiting for this PR so they can convert and get out that is not my intention.
Me: Berge, only pushing for the news and updates that you, yourself tweeted were coming. You must understand that when you tweet that news is coming Monday(5 weeks ago) and then again after the election(4 weeks ago) and nothing happens, that people will call you on it. Except there are a lot more now than 1 year ago BECAUSE of the tweet and the ~1B shares dumped on the market since the tweets.
Berge: Totally understand I wanted to proceed but I held back to make sure it's the proper deal.
