As for speculation, JV/RM with a manufacturing entity like ITD, in which ITD has Kallo listed on their company website as well as videos of the proposed projects. Well.. That's both FACT with speculation you could say.

Why the heck this stock is still sitting at .0001?? Beyond me.. especially with so many stocks surging in volume with NO hard visible OR published evidence... We have all those visible facts.. but go figure lol.
