8k says they are broke and have no capital or means to operate without diluting. wait until the note holders get their shares tomorrow and the rest of the week. ewll going to drop like a rock. it's not wise to buy a company with millions of debt and ZERO cash at multiple pennies. not even .01 when conversions are going to implode the price.
