I don't "expect" it but given the nuances in this case it "could" occur and certainly is more likely than most cases. That being said I still consider it low probability

But atvi isn't in a good spot right now. In fact it's pretty horrendous and they would be considering it.

The reality is however, it is still an "outlier" outcome at this stage
