It's been a year since INOH lost its bid. Since then Goldberg has made two moves:
1. March, 2016: "Updates Coming" posted on INOH favebook page. This generated almost 1/2 billion in P&D volume, yet INOH stayed with no bid.
Result: INOH never regained a bid due to the massive dilution from block positions.
2. May, 2016: INOH filed for a 1:1500 Reverse Split with the SOS.
Result: Can't get approval past FINRA.
Traders Beware - INOH is a chronicled failure.
