Before the last PR shareholders waited what 3 months for a PR? So why shareholders or anyone think Baltia will PR in 1 month is beyond me. 0004 - 0.0005 by Friday. I don't see a PR coming out until next year. I could be wrong but odds are its true. Anyone who follows this company know they dont PR often as they should. They leave shareholders weeks and months in the dark.
