Pandey is probably estimating that not every single person will be on the drug for the entire year. And your math is wrong. Not everyone wlil be paying $23. The kids version is cheaper and im assuming most of the sufferers are kids? Id go with Pandey's $200million potential numbers over your own wishfull thinking. Just FYI.
