OS Clarification...

I sent an email out to IR yesterday for clarification on the "2.3 million" OS increase that I marked as unknown in my previous post.

Dr. Jon via IR responded yesterday (early evening on a Sunday) with the following clarification...

"The 2,300,000 shares were never effectively issued. Some years back the Transfer Agent had been instructed to issue them in accordance with a deal that was expected to close but never closed. The Transfer Agent has agreed to remove them from the issued and outstanding shares list under an indemnification and hold harmless protection provided to them by the Company on November 3, 2016. I am surprised if they are still showing up in the Transfer Agents list. If Xxxx saw a listing for those shares, it is possible he was looking at our Q3 financials which I think had them showing in the outstanding shares. In any case, they will disappear and go back into the Company treasury."

I've asked lots of questions via IR over the last few days and they've answered each and every one of them. This management team and IR rep are very responsive and transparent. Very refreshing!
