Initial reaction to a scared investor yes. But property or assets or bonds valued in euros will be worth the same in another denomination. Might not at first but it will be and could actually be better for the country. Value doesn't change the media can scare you and tell you otherwise. But bottom line it don't. Value is the same in Euro, yen, US as well as any other currency and currency changes don't change value longterm.
