Thompson claimed, in that news:

The company is nearing production having very little debt which is unheard of in the mining industry.

However, a quick perusal of their filings shows a long list of debt, including toxic death spiral convertibles....

I also see no evidence of any studies done on the Elena property, feasibility study, claim of proven reserves, or anything.

I do see, huge share selling by Thompson....
