Nothing even remotely positive for ARYC. The best thing in the world possible for ARYC is their 1 year battle to get a TINY piece of the litigation removed is successful and that would remove about FIVE PERCENT of the exposure to ARYC ---- Which they can't afford even a fraction of the 95% remaining. And if they lose that battle to remove the 5%, their exposure actually goes up materially as that little 5% positive for ARYC could result in even larger PUNITIVE damages beyond the actual and punitive damages the Plaintiff's will prevail on at trial or in a Motion for summary Judgment.

And while all this is total destruction to ARYC, ARYC is already completely doomed as the other Sand Diego litigation is moving along to SEIZE all assets and IP to cover a portion of the secured debt they have defaulted on and is overdue. ARYC can't pay this off.

Then you have the IRS owed millions and millions from both unreported compensation to the three executives that cover a period of at least 2009 forward and other amounts ARYC has fully admitted to taking from employees for withholding and employment taxes and keeping for themselves.

The you have all the other judgments, liens and overdue obligations that ARYC can't afford to pay and actions have and will continue from this group to seize any assets they can find and seize. This has even involved going to the people that may owe ARYC money and informing that party of the liens and judgments and telling them to remit any money to the lien holder instead of ARYC.
