I think the folly in all this is the timing. If a deal is going to happen soon, why not wait to announce this until then. Very few of us would be worried at that point. That is what worries me....if they knew the deal was emminant then why not wait. It almost seems like QMC asked Kisco for a quote to soften the blow. QMC needs to pull their head out of the collective asses and realize just how sick of the wait we are.
