HEROQ Commons Will Receive (15,000,000 Dollars/18,900,000 shares) + (Rejection Wind Down Entity Interests/18,900,000 shares). Which is 79.3 cents per share + (Rejection Wind Down Entity Interests per share):

I am basing my belief on the linked document below and hope that I did the math correctly. Does any one have an idea what the Rejection Wind Down Entity will be?
