It is a joke, these companies pay millions or billions in fines but never admit to doing anything wrong. That's why the systems so messed up no one ever goes to jail. If they sent a few billionaires to real prison I bet things would start changing.

Look at the Wells Fargo lady - she gets over 100 million dollar golden parachute and the shareholders pay for it. People are going to freak out if they try to bail out the big banks in the next crash.
