What if Dr. Moro and his executive own more than 50% of the company, know that the technology will be a blockbuster when it gets the proper exposure and is not interested in selling out. Could that be the reason Abbott has not bought them out with a hostile take over bid? That not only sounds reasonable, but likely if you believe information coming out of the company!
