This from the cinnafilm case this year..doesn't this mean that cinnafilm can start this case back up when they want, but just don't want all the court costs right now or something. nanopsux ignored them too.

Plaintiff Cinnafilm, Inc., pursuant to Rule 41(a)(1) (A)(i) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, hereby dismisses the Complaint and all causes of action in the Complaint against defendant Nanotech Entertainment, Inc. without prejudice.

Nanotech Entertainment, Inc. has filed neither an answer to the complaint nor a motion for summary judgment as to these claims. Dismissal under Rule 41(a)(1) (A)(i) is therefore appropriate. Plaintiff has not previously dismissed any federal - or state -court action based on or including the same claim, and this Notice of Dismissal shall not operate as an adjudication on the merits.
