Slo, I had seen the mega contract earlier. The news may have been the impetus for the move upward and for profit takers to take advantage of the bump. They probably left the room along with larger sellers who were tired of waiting for the share price to move positively.

Notice the action since November 21. There are two almost symmetrical moves back to back. If one follows the other we may expect a two-buck increase in the next week, allowing for the price of oil to hold steady or increase.

CBI essentially has been a three-year black eye for investors. The woeful dividend certainly hasn't helped but the company at this time can't afford to give the capital to shareholders.

Your timeline seems reasonable and I'm willing to go along with it.
