I got an answer to my last question.

me: Are there any more assets to be liquidated? Or is the only thing left to be distributed, the future garnishment of wages? Two of them should be working now, and Dial should be a wage earner soon.

Kesha: There are no additional assets to be garnished and defendants who have been released are required to make monthly payments towards restitution depending on their income. Judges normally order $200-$300 per month. Of the payments that are made, percentages are assigned to individual victims according to their losses and any payment received is divided by the hundreds of victims owed restitution. The clerk’s office won’t disburse individual checks unless there is at least $50 in an individual account. Let me know if you have any additional questions.
