Not to dampen anyone's weekend, but Dr Pepper paid 1.7 BILLION for Bai 5 that was announced last week. Both Pulse Beverage and Bai 5 stated about the same time. Bai 5 was even started by an industry novice working out of his house. If someone paid 1.7 Billion for Pulse, the share price would be approximately $25.
