Some have argued the patent is baked in

Usually patent issues do little to move a stock price... but... If I recall right, wasn't that "fast and furious" run up that caused the stock to be halted happen when it was first disclosed that the patent process had reached a point where it was inevitable that it would be granted???

Some major player(s) might be watching the progress of that patent, feeling it may be a pivotal point in IPCI's valuation.

It may even be IPCI's Rexista/Oxtenda partner buying in the open market... if Odidi is not willing to sell them the 3 or 4 million shares that a partner usually wants to hold in such a partnership.

All guessing on my behalf... but that patent may be extremely valuable to someone, and we're just becoming aware of that.
