Talk of buyout, but maybe not if oil continues to rise

There is no buyout, nor can there be since the Company is bankrupt and in Federal Bankruptcy Court. Someone could acquire every single currently issued unit and it would make zero difference. They are being cancelled and it doesn't matter who owns them.

The Company and its operations will continue as normal, but under new owners. The old unit holders are being wiped out under the Plan of Reorganization. And even if oil rose to $70 a barrel it would be too little, too late. The creditors have a deal to take control of the Company, and the most recent SEC filing makes it clear the equity will be wiped out without payment.
