I think no is the right response.........I'm not sure how this deal closes, it requires 66 2/3 shareholder agreement to pass. I don't think I'm a large shareholder, although I do have mid 6 figure investment in Mettrum at this time, but there are bigger players and I think just by virtue of them buying MT and not CGC means they liked all the same things we like about the company. Management only has 15% of the shares so still need significant support for the deal from shareholder base, which I can tell you that I have been watching trading on this since day 1 and can say that these shares are tightly held. I started out 100% in Canopy but have migrated to 100% Mettrum over the last 8 months.
