thanks i didn't think i would get an answer on each one but it doesn't hurt to ask!
I think we will here about the FDA accepting the NDA on or about Dec. 16th.

SPHS has hired someone to advise on next steps buyout etc.

I was hoping to get into ITEK at $6 but i am not going to chase.

At this point i have enough share in this gem and just need to be patient!

I do think the stock price instability is simply because they need to raise money in Feb. or Jan (if loan repay) unless Rexista brings in funds.

They probably should have raise $9M at 3 bucks so they must be pretty confident they will get 6-12M upfront. I don't expect the $50M being float on this board there is just to much competition in the pain space vs where King pay $100M upfront for Remoxy and expansion into other meds years ago.
The key will be a partner with a quality sales force and funds to keep us from diluting this year.
